PPL Montana has begun a series of commercials on the Northern Broadcasting System to help spread the word about its commitment to education; clean, reliable energy production; the environment; workplace safety; and economic development.

On the air since 1975, the Northern Broadcasting System delivers nearly 200 news, sports, talk shows, rodeo, gardening and outdoor programs each week via satellite to listeners in Montana, eight other states and parts of Canada.

The voice behind the spots is longtime Montana radio personality Jeff Howell.
